Why You're Consistent in the Gym, But See No Results

This is a common thing I see. You'll go to the gym routinely, and never see progress. And I'll ask the same questions and I'll get the same answers. I ask them because I know the answer, but to point it out to you. Are you tracking your calories, macros ect. Are you tracking your workouts? The answer is always no, or not consistently enough. When you get these things tracked consistently, you'll see results.
