About the Guest
Dr Rahat is a longevity and preventive medicine physician based in the UAE and one of the founding members of the Emirates Lifestyle and Longevity Medicine Society. Having begun her career in conventional medicine, she turned her focus to understanding why illness happens in the first place — working at the intersection of precision medicine, lifestyle medicine and oncology. Known for her one-hour consultations that go deep into the whole person, Dr Rahat is on a mission to shift medicine from reactive to preventive — one patient, one conversation and one longevity diary tip at a time.
