Often times, gut health especially is looked at as if you heal by putting a bandaid over it. "Drink a green smoothie this for a flat belly" this, "eat no carbs to lose weight" that. When really, gut health is like putting together a puzzle. There are all these teeny tiny pieces you have to put back together, but you have to keep looking at the overall picture on the boxtop to help guide you and bring clarity. Without it, the overall picture is incomplete. And it takes time. You're not just going to be completely okay overnight. That's completely evident and true with digestion.... And why you're not digesting your food.
