    More than 2,000 demonstrators flooded the halls of the Legislative Office Building at the Connecticut State Capitol for an informational hearing to dissuade lawmakers from changing the state’s homeschooling regulations. Changes to homeschooling regulations comes following the captivity story out of Waterbury where a man was allegedly held against his will for more than 20 years. The governor and state democrats are now trying to find ways to avoid repeating history and having kids fall through the cracks.
