Wicked Family Friendly  Family Day Fun The Middletown Prevention Coalition (MPC) will host the eighth annual Middletown Family Day on Sunday, March 5, from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Newport County YMCA.The free health and wellness event celebrates parental engagement and the building of healthy families. Attendees will have access to the YMCA’s facilities, including the basketball courts and swimming pool. There will be featured activities and demonstrations throughout the day, including martial arts demonstrations, bouncy houses, face-painting, healthy cooking demos, kids games, yoga and Zumba.
