Six local food businesses will prepare brunch specialities to enjoy during the show. Vendors include Borealis Coffee Roasters, The Burgundian: Coffee and Waffles, Gastros401, GottaQ SmokeHouse BBQ, Incredabowl Food Truck and SoulFull. Mimosas will also be served. The concert begins at 1 p.m. and is free and open to the public. Food and drink from these vendors is available for purchase during the show. Step back in time and enjoy the blaring horns, romantic melodies, and foot stomping rhythms of the New Providence Big Band, an incredible 17-piece swing band, featuring the dulcet tones of Ms. Katie Kleyla. Kleyla is an East Providence native and has worked with Eat Drink RI for several years, co-producing some of the region’s best culinary events, so it was serendipitous to bring her talents together to support Heritage Days. The New Providence Big Band will be performing music of the big band greats, including Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, Ella Fitzgerald, and others. Come listen to the music of an authentic swing band with their exciting songstress while enjoying great local eats! Wicked Fun in the 401   American Band Concert: Glen Manor Thursday 6:30-8:30 Glen Manor House Join The American Band for its annual FREE Summer pops concert at the picturesque Glen Manor House in Portsmouth! Families are welcome to bring blankets or chairs and picnics. Grounds open at 5:00 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be held under the east patio awning. Beach Dodgeball Tournament Saturday 12-3pm Super Fun Athletic Club - Scarborough Beach 5 on 5 Enter as a Free Agent or as a full team. Team Check Ins from 11:30-noon.  Game play from 12-3. Round Robin format to determine seeding.  Bracket play after Round Robin. 21+.  MUST be fun. Co-ed.  This is NOT for competitive tool bags that cheat at dodgeball.  This is for HONEST people only.  No exceptions.
