We should not fear.  But fear is not the same thing as taking precautions.  God expects us to be good stewards of the things and people that He has given to us.

Faith is trusting God in our circumstances and being obedient to Him.  Faith is saying I trust God that He is in control of my life whatever befalls me.  Health or death, my life is in His hands.
