The Calgary Wild grabbed three points in Ottawa to break their losing streak. The Wild had been unable to have much success against the Rapid previously, but on Saturday they executed well and improved some areas of their game that needed it.

Cavalry FC and HFX Wanderers played to a goalless draw at Spruce Meadows this weekend. Considering no goals were scored there was a lot to talk about in this match, including a disallowed goal called back by a phantom foul and a hand ball in the box that wasn't called.
