This is my last episode for Wild Fire. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to process the last few years on here. I’m happy to close this chapter and start a new one.

In this episode I’m discussing some really personal things I’ve been walking through. I process my new custody agreement with my children. It’s been a rough month and I need to get it out of my body through expression. I hope that if you’re in a similar position, you’re able to find some understanding on this journey.

For my 34th Birthday I took a trip. Both to a different location and in space & time. A friend guided me through a breath work session where I was released from where I had been stuck & I was given wings to fly again.
