Time to get to know each other! In this episode you will learn some of the basic sentences for a self-introduction: Stating your name, age, telephone number, place of residence and home country. You will also be able to ask others about these pieces of information. We will practice dialogues and have our first short conversation! if this isn't exciting, I don't know what is. On top of many, many countries, we will also learn about some weather elements. We really are just one step away from actual small talk! As always: Don't forget to check out the script and learning material on my website - it will benefit you greatly.
We immediately start with a quiz into this episode, followed by the remaining body parts we haven't covered in episode 2. Please, be aware, that - yes - we will also cover the private parts in this podcast. If you're not ready for this, check out the script on my website and skip this part. If you are ready, check out the script and learning material anyway. As an extra, episode 3 includes our first German insult, followed by the numbers 11-100. This is in preparation for our next episode where we will learn how to introduce ourselves. Have fun / viel Spaß!
Welcome to a nice and easy start into our German language journey! Let's start by learning the names of both things and people we see in our everyday life. Next, let's get familiar with the German articles der, die, and das. We will learn the numbers 1-10, and we'll be able to count the things we see around us! By the end of our first class we can answer 'yes/no questions' as well as 'how many...?' questions. But we don't stop here! We will also be able to ask these questions ourselves.
Put on some comfy shoes & get moving - let's start learning German with ease.
