He's the founder of Nature of Now, DataGarden, and PlantsFM, and uses sensor technology to transform the electrical impulses of plants into music, which he uses in breathwork classes and live art and sound installations. Joe talks about how plants respond to humans, how humans respond to plants, and the wisdom of putting down roots while asking ourselves, "Where's the light?"
