Our assumption of death is based on fear because we do not understand it.

Little do we know, the process of death and life occurs everyday as an automatic response of the biology of the body and it doesn’t ask for help.

If your goal is to live a healthy long life, then we need to understand what promotes life.

Consciousness is the tool we must use to reassemble our thoughts of the way we think regarding the death/life cycle.

Fear not the word death for there is nothing to fear. Life exists as you know it through death .
