Descending from a long line of famed, passionate cowboys and cowgirls, and growing up on a picturesque cattle ranch in the Central Valley of California, rodeo is in Quincy’s blood. With an impressive rodeo career under her belt, she used her gift of creativity and flair for fashion to create gorgeous collections for Ariat International, Wrangler and more before starting her namesake brand – Rodeo Quincy. At the heart of RQ is a collective of hardworking, faith-filled, and fun-loving cowgirls devoted to bringing the western lifestyle, heritage, and values to mainstream fashion.

Among her duties as CEO, Quincy is also a daughter, sister, aunt, wife, and a mother. Family means the most to Quincy and many of RQ’s designs are inspired by them, particularly her late mother, Sally Marvel Freeman. Sally was a true western fashion icon, and her style legacy lives on in every RQ piece. In 2018, Quincy married the love of her life, a blue-eyed, Nevada cowboy and professional rodeo steer wrestler, Dakota Eldridge. Together, the couple has two young daughters, Sally Lou (4) and Ruby Rosita (2). The family resides in California where they enjoy spending time together with family and friends, traveling, rodeoing, and hunting.

What began as a small, grassroots effort would ultimately grow into a movement that would revolutionize the conservation landscape as we know it today.

Thanks to the support of over 200,000 members and nearly 500 chapters nationwide, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation continues to thrive and expand. This growth is a true testament to the dedication of its volunteers, supporters, and members who remain deeply committed to the organization’s mission. To date, RMEF has conserved or enhanced over 9 million acres, and the best is yet to come for the organization and its dedicated members.

Trevor Baucom earned a coveted spot on Team Ruger in 2018, becoming the first disabled Veteran to join a lineup of some of the world's most elite shooters. A medically retired Chief Warrant Officer and Blackhawk pilot, Baucom has competed in multiple disciplines of the competitive shooting world including the MidwayUSA and NRA Bianchi Cup, IDPA Indoor National Championship and the World Speed Shooting Championships (Steel Challenge), breaking down barriers for physically challenged and wheelchair-bound shooters. He travels the country to range day events on behalf of Ruger and his sponsors. Additionally, Trevor is the founder and host of the Adaptive Defensive Shooting Summit (ADSS), an accessible shooting event for people with disabilities of all skill levels and knowledge of firearms. ADSS features both training with world-class instructors and IDPA-style pistol competition. Baucom competes in production matches using a variety of Ruger products.

She was raised in the outdoors; Libby went on her first hunt at four, her first trip to Africa at age six. Libby and her family have made a lifetime of memories during their extensive trips around North America and Africa. During the course of her hunting career, she has learned how important of a role hunters, especially women, play in the advocacy of our hunting heritage. She is currently studying law to further her impact on the hunting industry and play an important role in protecting the pastime we all love. Libby is a great young woman, who was a pleasure to have on Wild & Uncut.
