Hello and welcome to the Wild Woman health, wellbeing and fitness podcast! I am super excited to see you here! I am your host, Rebecca Lockwood (call me Becky) 

Here at wild we are a womens aerial and fitness school teaching preschool, kids & teen aerial circus classes, bungee fitness, adults pole fitness, aerial hoop, aerial hammock, aerial yoga classes & empowering adults dance classes. 

We have an amazing team of 8 other instructors here on the team and we are all really excited to support you!

I am also a wellness and mental health expert and teach coaches how to be, well amazing coaches! I have given expert and educational comments to the media about mental health and wellness in places like ELLE Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Women's health, Men's Health, Happiful, Breathe Magazine and hundreds of other places.
