Wilderness Tamer

Just a little recap on my turkey season so far and also the schedule for up coming episodes. My latest turkey hunt had quite a pucker factor. Either way I'm enjoying being out in the wilderness with my longbow.

Fellow outdoorsman and new friend Ryan Farril comes on to talk turkey on tactics and strategy. As well as his new venture in making turkey mouth calls. He also talks about his humble beginning hunting WMA's and the challenges that come with it. It was a fun episode can't wait to have him back on!

Gearing up for turkey season. Squeaking in a over night hog hunt. And the best part is taken a family vacation to the blue ridge moutains to go fish for trout.

For episode number ten I bring on my cousin Loyd. He's been like a big brother to me in the woods and getting me started. We talk his humble beginnings in bow hunting past hunting trip together. And just learning to be an over all good outdoorsman. Coming full circle taking his son and raising him up in the woods. Had a great time catching up can't wait to go on future hunts together

My guest this episode is Dr.James Corbett. We discuss what it means to be a teacher in today's climate. As well as his start in jujitsu to eventually owning his own gym coaching men to fight in the cage. We also discuss on how to preserve food canning or acquiring it through hunting. Had a great time the man's a plethora of knowledge.

With 2020 about to be in the rearview. It's good to reflect and use the lessons learned going into 2021.
