Stress, fear, anxiety, depression, sadness, eating disorders and anger... these are real problems that are running rampant in every culture and society on earth since the beginning of time.

The state of our mental health today is deteriorating at a rapid rate and it looks like this will only continue to get worse...

How do we approach this dilemma from a biblical standpoint that will actually provide practical help, in this podcast we talk about why mental health problems is a reality? What some of the triggers and origins of these problems are. We talk about how to overcome these problems and establish a consistent state of mind, as opposed to a turbulent one.
