Had to finish the Year with the man of the hour! Very fortunate to get my boss and soon to be business owner, Veno, on the podcast on New Years Eve!  Veno runs the Bua office up in Sydney with a large team that he manages and mentors to success. In this episode we cover a variety of interesting topics, from the parallels between his previous job in Finance and his journey as an entrepreneur to his go to hangover cure! What a way to kick start your Christmas celebrations! I couldn't think of a better present for Christmas then some top tips from one of the newest Team Leaders at Bua! Dim has been on a tear over the last few months especially being able to develop a few key members within his team Kairos. I wanted to make sure I could get some of his time before the new year and was lucky enough to spend 45 minutes learning about his story and how he was able to work through the highs and lows that come in business. Dim's ability to focus on his own development instead of getting caught up in comparing himself to others is something I really focused on as its an area of development for myself. Let's just say he helped a lot :)

Welcome back to the podcast! Massive thanks to all those that checked into the first episode of the podcast. There was a great response and I got a lot of great feedback :)

For the 2nd Episode I have been able to get time from one of the key players from DMG enterprises, Bradley Young, a Team Leader based out of Melbourne who has been kicking ass and smashing goals over the past few months especially! His mentality and work rate are key attributes that have played a big role in his success so far in the industry. I certainly had a lot of personal take aways from my time with Brad so make sure you are tuning in and taking notes! Enjoy :)
