Will Johnson wafts into The Marinade! Will is a singer, songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and painter from Texas. His band Centro-matic began in the late nineties and went on to influence countless other bands. His work with South San Gabriel bridged the gap between Centro-matic and Johnson's excellent solo records, including his most recent albums Wire Mountain and El Capitan. Will is also in the studio working on the second LP from his project Marie/Lepanto with Justin Peter Kinkel-Schuster of Marinade favorite Water Liars.
