Today on the show we have Will Manny.

Will is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. He finished his career at UMass as the program's 5th leading scorer with 201 points. He was rookie of the year in 2010 and was a first-team All-American in 2012 as well as the CAA Player of the Year.

He went on the play lacrosse in the MLL for the Boston Cannons, and the Long Island Lizards. This summer he’ll be playing in the PLL for the Archers.

Will and I got a chance to talk about a lot of topics like how he worked on his game as a player, how he continued to get better while he was at UMass, what he does today to keep himself in shape and much more.
