My Social Butterflies,

We live in a world that is constantly connected. We know what people are doing 24/7, what they are eating, where they are, and who they are with. Even with the best of intentions, we compare what we have and who we are to those we see online.  And I realize people only present/post what they want us to see, and that may not always be reality.  But perception IS reality to some. It can be exhausting to say the least.

So here’s what I did. I took a hiatus.

I deleted (from my phone, not forever; let’s not be crazy here) Instagram and Facebook for six days.  Today’s podcast tells you how that went for me, and I challenge you to attempt the same.

Think you could unplug for a week? Prove it.

Oh, yeah, and there’s an uber, super, sweet dog named Mocha featured at the end of the video attacking me with love and adoration…if you’re into that sort of thing. :)
