Will You Be Ready When The Cowards Come? - The Threat of Domestic Terror Groups
There is no denying the very real threat of domestic terrorism groups such as Black Lives Matter and Antifa. Yet, many politicians, primarily on the far left side of the aisle, classify these monsters, who have proven time and time again their willingness commit violence acts, destroy and loot property and call for the end of our Constitutional Republic as "peaceful protesters". Meanwhile, said peaceful protesters continue to assault and attempt to murder police officers and anyone else who does not agree with their Marxist/socialist/communist ideology. The most recent example is the cowardly attempt to take the lives of two Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputies while working a transit detail in the city of Compton.
Civilian - 2020 has been a record year for firearms sales, and it's no wonder why. If you are a brand new firearm owner, or if you have owned firearms for many years, can you honestly say you are proficient in their operation and deployment under extremely stressful situations? Or, is your expertise limited to a few indoor range sessions with a stationary paper target?
Law enforcement officer - Are you limiting your preparedness by only "qualifying" with your firearms when mandated by the department? Or are you going above and beyond to attend advanced classes/workshops to improve your marksmanship and tactical awareness? Are you actively engaged in martial arts training such as jujitsu? Or are you limiting yourself to the bi-annual perishable skills training required by POST?
These are unprecedented times - they required unprecedented preparation. In this episode, I challenge civilians and sworn officers alike to prepare for the worst, in hope of the best.
