U Chicago alum Jessy Gartenstein lives with celiacs disease which makes indulging in ice cream difficult. While at school, classmate Erik Nadeau shared his family’s banana-based ice cream recipe with Gartenstein. The dessert only has four ingredients, no dairy included.
