When you don’t say how you feel, what you really think, it doesn’t goes under the rug, it grows, hunts you and always ends up by coming up, and you end up not just hurting yourself, but also others. 

If we are honest, if we let our hearts and minds speaks, it might feel uncomfortable in the moment, but everybody ends up winning.
