Graham Trainor, AFL-CIO Oregon, talks about the rule development process Oregon's Occupational, Safety and Health Administration is embarking on to protect workers from infectious diseases.  Trainor addresses the issues addressed by the rules, the lack of federal guidance and the state of Virginia as a model.  He also shares how people can participate and that he expects temporary rules to be in place by September.
