In 1881, the Willard Library was built in Evansville, Indiana. This is the oldest library still around in the state of Indiana. What always comes with old buildings? Ghosts! There is one main ghost in the library that has been seen since the 1930s but a few others as well. Also, this library offers something never heard before from either of us.
