This is Episode 141 and our guest is Willi Carlisle. Willi is a poet, actor, singer, songwriter - a manic expressive of the highest order. His infectious brand of folk storytelling continues to find larger and larger audiences, a phenomenon that requires only a listen to one of his incredible records or the witness of two minutes of his live performance to comprehend. We caught up with Willi after his set at the inaugural AVLFest in Asheville, North Carolina. This was the last day of the outstanding festival.
