A practice of gratitude

One about helping others, one about reacting negatively, and the last about success and failure.

This is an open-minded episode. No need to believe, but rather explore and ponder the what if.

I'm still moving. I'm still learning. I'm still being.

Things get really vulnerable here. This is dedicated to my mother and my father for bringing me on this planet.

It guides me, allows me to focus on what I love and do what I gotta do to build on my experiences. I have more than one triangle but this is my main one in terms of learning the ways of a spiritual warrior.

What happens when the ego rises to feast on the labors of your life?

If you've enjoyed this experience. Reflect on your life and make your present moments count more towards the way of enjoying it rather than falling for what brings you down. Don't ignore what brought you down, embrace it because it gave you the will to climb your ass back up the pyramid that is our lives.

To embrace suffering in the now? Or to let go of desire in the now?
