Davidson County Museum of Art Director William Mark Alley disappeared on February 2, 2000, from Lexington, North Carolina. Mark was confronted by his coworkers about a discrepancy in the museum’s finances that morning. He left the museum and stopped at a gas station to buy some Tylenol PM. This is the last time anyone has seen Mark.

He was married at the time with a young son and a pregnant wife. By all accounts, Mark had a good life and was well respected in the community. Why did he disappear? Did he choose to leave? Was he kidnapped? Kristi looks into the different possibilities in this compelling case.
