Sit back and enjoy this wild ride. This is part two of three. What will Willy do next. This monster hunted women in the Downtown Eastside for too long. Last week we talked about Piggy Palace but lets get the timeline straight. Piggy Palace was created in 1996. We left off with the Vancouver PD not doing much and not believing there really is a killer on the loose. Profiler Ron Mackay started project eclipse. Willy is visiting the Downtown Eastside more often. This was in 1991. I wanted to give some background into the Vancouver PD and the RCMP at the time. I’ll try to keep everything in a good timeline and inform you on the dates.
