Back in my home studio in Tampa Florida, I had one of my business partners Matt Clifford on the show. Matt is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. He possesses a wealth of experience in many sectors of human movements and is phenomenal at expressing his intrigue in performance & fitness training with his own creative twist.
Matt has a very unique outlook on not only fitness but life. He is a leader & an educator and embodies what the HyperSp33d brand is about. We discuss his unique athletic background, as well as the blending of all his passions & interests in a structured manner to create a new standard in the fitness industry.
Nine episodes deep & we have established a system. My desire to start a podcast was initially to use this platform as a medium to promote my ventures; however, I received great feedback from my peers & I decided to follow through and really commit to this production. This podcast reflects my mindset & the culture I am trying to create amongst my business partners, employees, clients, etc.
One step forward, two steps back. What is the root of achievement or reason for lack thereof? I address daily habits and how losing track of your daily routine & failure to exercise can cause one’s life to spiral. I discuss societal norms and what drove me to follow this path. I realize this podcast is a platform to express my voice & I intend on doing just that. I will not shy away from controversial issues. As we head into our 10th episode, look for more guests, more sponsors, & changes of scenery & we are only getting started. Moving at Hyperspeed!
My team relocated to Naples, Florida in May. We have expanded rapidly & we have now rolled out the ABEL app into the American market. I am looking to use my podcast as a platform to showcase my Network & some of the amazing brilliant minds I work with all over the world across numerous industries. I also look to discuss the rigors of leading a company & entrepreneurship.
While I am the one in front of the camera, this production is created by a team of people & we are looking to collectively promote critical thinking, innovation & properly educating the public on some of the critical topics our highly polarized media outlets deprive us of.
Performance is at the forefront of our subject matter and while we all have our own endeavors, greatness is upon us all if we are willing to establish where our passions lie and attack them with no fear of failure. Coaching America back to a winner mentality, I present to you SZN #2 of W.I.N. Daily… Now we are moving HyperSpeed looking to build on our momentum!
Create a gameplan, follow through & be consistent. I decided to begin my podcast journey yesterday in the spur of the moment. I got some great feedback from my peers & I made a promise to myself to incorporate the production of this podcast into my everyday life.
There’s never a right time ⏳
Yes, we talking about practice. “Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.” Take a quick 10 & tune in as I discuss repetition, the value of practicing at a high intensity & always having a counter punch in your repertoire.
A little more structure, a chalk talk breaking down the business of sport, we dabble into some economics, we discuss the paths of being a football player vs being a basketball & we break down the value of an athlete’s name, image & likeness.
What makes a performer great at their craft? This is a question I been on a quest to answer that question my entire life. I take a deep dive into the concept of alter egos drawing parallels to athletes as performers and some of the characters they channel in order to reach peak performance. From Iron Mike to Primetime & the Black Mamba. I examine how to utilize anger & passion and integrate it into whatever your art form is to maximize your results. Separating your art from your personal life is ESSENTIAL.
We have our first guest onboard. Ken Diesal is the Fitness Director at ATP Fitness in Fort Meyers, Florida. Ken is a brilliant mind that possesses a wealth of knowledge & experience. We discuss his journey to becoming a fitness professional, his innovative methods & the future of the industry.
Ken is one of the first American trainers to succeed using ABEL Technologies; he provides how the app has simplified the work demanded in his profession, allowing him to reach a bigger audience.
Learning as we go, Trial & Error! Now we are spreading a message. I discuss the importance of physical fitness, I address the staggering obesity numbers, the origins of physical education in America, and the fitness industry.
There are is a direct correspondence to how athletes train and how these aspects impact the morale of young men & women. I introduce the world to my partner ABEL.
