Win the Day: Five Minutes with Pastor Nat Crawford on Oneplace.com

Revelation 19 contains what some refer to as the "Hallelujah Chorus of the New Testament." Ron Moore begins by showing us several reasons the multitudes in heaven have for shouting Hallelujah! As we consider the joyous celebration that will one day occur before the throne of God, we'll find comfort for our present-day pain and suffering.

America is looking for a leader with the right stuff, but first we have to ask ourselves, what is the right stuff and how will we know when a candidate has it? Ron Moore offers seven cardinal virtues to look to as we draw near to election day.

Ron Moore takes us in for a closer look at the destruction brought about by a third set of judgments that come to earth--the bowl judgments. As we try to understand the purpose of these judgments, we'll look at two possible responses to the future judgment of God: accept His grace now, or endure His wrath in the future. We'll also learn all we need to know about accepting God's gracious gift.

The Book of Revelation serves as a warning to those of us alive today. A warning that one day, God will unleash His wrath on the sinful world. As Ron Moore examines the final days of planet Earth, we'll be reminded of God's majesty and worthiness to pass judgment. We'll also be encouraged to trust in Him while there is time.

In the midst of this dismal revelation about the last days, John is given another parenthetic vision of heaven. As if to encourage him, God allows John to see the Lamb standing on Mount Zion with the 144,000. As Ron Moore explains, we see few better pictures of God's grace in the midst of judgment than this.

It's like a nightmare scenario where everything is familiar, but twisted. That's the picture we get as Ron Moore continues our study of Revelation and introduces us to the Antichrist and his false prophet. Though we don't know who they are or when they'll appear for sure, we can learn now how to identify them and see through their lies.

An angel of light and a great red dragon. Handsome and loathsome; cunning and foolish. Satan is all of these things and he wants to be your god. But as Ron Moore explains, this mighty pretender to heaven's throne is no match for the King of kings. And we can find reassurance in the fact that Satan's defeat is written and certain.

Though many obsess over deciphering every word of Revelation, it's clear that as much as God has revealed, there are some things He won't tell us. But as Ron Moore reminds us, God hasn't kept hidden the most important fact of all: God is in control. No matter how dark the day, God's light still shines.

As John's vision in the Book of Revelation continues, we see stars fall, water turn to blood and horrible locusts let loose on the earth. As believers today, we can praise God we'll never have to experience that. But as Ron Moore explains, it should also motivate us. As we look at these dark days, we'll look at ways we can shine the light of Christ in our world today.

As chaotic as the descriptions of the end times can be, one fact remains clear throughout: God is in control. More than that, God continues to protect and provide for those who love Him. Bible Teacher Ron Moore continues our study of Revelation with a look at the mercy and power of God we can cling to in the chaos of our own lives.
