  • #15 Ownership and Accountability
Taking ownership of your life and Becoming accountable for your failures isn’t an easy thing to do! Scratch that...it’s really tough.
But like most of the tough decisions in life, once you do it it releases you from the rubbish excuses you’ve been telling yourself and others and let’s to start down a different path. We can’t change our past but can absolutely help mould our futures based on learning from our losses and refinishing that those losses were down to our own bad decisions.
Take ownership and be accountable for your life. Trust me it’ll be the best thing you ever did.

Slightly different theme this week in that I reached out to amazing The Anchor Community on Facebook and asked them to give me questions or topics to discuss focusing on balancing raising kids in amongst everything we have going on.
    - Running a business
    - Working full time
    - Trying to stay healthy
    - Maintaining a social life
    - Etc etc
I didn’t rehearse or write down any of my answers as I wanted my responses to be raw and organic.

  • #13: Lessons from being a landlord. Listen to this before you invest in property.
    Facebook.com/The365Investor
    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1aYt3BeD5MExFPidjFJZ1g
I’ve been a landlord and involved in property here in the UK for over 14 years. In that time I have purchased, sold, refurbed and consulted on thousands of transactions.
Any success I’ve had is from my never ending campaign to continually educate myself on this industry and my ability to learn from my mistakes...And I’ve made more mistakes than I can count (My first investment property nearly made me bankrupt for instance)
Happily i am still here and still smiling and laughing at myself on a daily basis. I am far from being the best in the business but I do have a tonne of experience across a range of strategies so I wanted to share some of my lessons from the last 14 years in an effort to hopefully steer you down the correct path.

  • #8: The Dad I Never Wanted to Be.
This episode is dedicated to a subject very close to my heart...that of being a father. I wanted to go a little deeper into my journey and talk about all the stuff you don’t see on the my Instagram page. Behind all the laughs and the filtered photos there is a battle to be fought. And not one that I often win. Take a listen and please do give it a like and if you have the time a quick review...good or bad...I wanna hear it. Thanks folks.

  • #7: Raising funds and doing JV’S
These are 2 elements that have helped me grow my portfolio and other businesses over the years. I’ve successfully raised just shy of £700k this year for numerous different property projects and 2019 will easily surpass that over the £1M mark. I had some bad experiences with both aspects over the years so wanted to share my advice with you here. Enjoy.

We’ve all done it, me included, but I wanted to share this in an attempt to help you take stock of yourself and your own accomplishments and hopefully start injecting some positivity into you rather than chasing someone else’s dream.
