New Insider build just out -- PC-phone linking, Cortana voice commands, etc. Windows Insiders can now skip ahead to Redstone 4 if they want. That means the Fall Creators Update is done. Surface Pro 4 got a massive set of firmware updates over the weekend. Plus, a Cortana-powered smart thermostat. And finally, Adobe kills Flash. Well, WILL kill Flash.
