In this week's episode, we are ranting about stalking! The amount of people who have experienced being stalked is insane and frightening. We discuss stories of stalking that involve celebrities, the recent Idaho murders, and reddit stories. We as a society usually view stalking as more of something that happens to women and unfortunately, it happens to men more often than we think.  Although most people who are stalked are stalked by someone they know, we discuss more of those who are being stalked by complete strangers. Which do you feel is more frightening?

If you or someone you know has been stalked, we would like to hear the story! We would also love to hear any advice or thoughts on ways to help protect ourselves in case of a stalking incident or ways to help prevent stalking to occur.

Welcome to our first part 2 in our podcast! This episode, we are continuing our rant of "Manipulation and Red Flags".  We start to indulge more in depth in red flags that we no longer will tolerate, and red flags that listeners will no longer tolerate. We discuss how previous red flags have become our new boundaries such as excessive drinking, the effort someone is putting into spending time with you, and the "vibe" we get from someone. 
We also talk about those who have been manipulated into relationships that become mentally, emotionally, and physically abused.

If you have survivor stories on how you or someone you know got out of an abusive relationship, we would love to hear your harrowing story. 
We'd also love to hear listeners' take on red flags and manipulation that you have done/dealt with in the past.
