I feel like a lot of us take our parents, grandparents and family for granted. They won't be with us forever so we should cherish them while we have the time. It's not a happy episode, but hey, sometimes we have a glass for sadness too. Pour up something and enjoy!

The NFL decided to add another game to each team's NFL season. I think it's a good idea. The old records will be beat more easily now unless they separate the eras. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think other sports need to lengthen or shorten their season?

Living in Arizona for a few years further made realize we do not need to change our clocks twice a year. I don't care if we are permanently in DST (Daylight Saving Time) or if we move to standard times. Whatever the solution, I do not want to change my clock twice a year. What are you thoughts?

The landed another piece of metal on Mars, but this time....it's in 4K. Tom Holland was also space Spider-Man (this may be a bit of a stretch, but I'm sticking with it) in the movie Chaos Walking. Great movie and the concepts are both awesome and jarring. I would never be able to live in that community.

Daft Punk is easily one of my favorite music groups to listen to. They've opened my ears to electronic music leading to my love EDM and House genres. It's sad to see them go but they've left so much music for us to appreciate!.

Most people at some point in their life feel shame or embarrassed, unless you're Lauren and you can't remember those times. This week I bring on another friend where we discuss shame and get to know each other better than we already do. Come hang out with us and drink your favorite wine!

There's a lot of focus on loving your partner on this holiday, but what about loving yourself? We have to learn and understand how we want to be loved and take care of ourselves before we can give that to someone else!
