Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation in which a person or a group covertly sows seeds of doubt in a targeted individual, making them question their own memory, perception, or judgment, often evoking in them cognitive dissonance and other changes such as low self-esteem. 

For this topic, we invited a special guest, Tenia (India's sister)! She joins the group to discuss her own experience as a victim of gaslighting at the hands of her ex-fiance. This is an important topic. 95% of people who responded to our IG post said they feel like they've been the victim of gaslighting. This happens more often than you might think.
