O Sovereign Lord, You alone are able to establish Your Spirit within us and to bring us to life. You live in a high and holy place! Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down. That You would restore us again, O God our Savior, that You would revive us again that we, Your people, may rejoice in You. That You would show us Your unfailing love, O Lord, and grant us Your salvation. That You would have mercy on us, O God, according to Your unfailing love. That You would create in us a clean heart and renew a steadfast spirit within us. You live in a high and holy place, but also with those who are contrite and lowly in spirit. And You alone are able to revive the spirit of the lowly and You alone are able to revive the heart of the contrite. So we humbly submit ourselves to You, O Sovereign Lord, turning away from our selfish desires and the Godlessness of our culture. For You are the everlasting God, the creator of the ends of the earth. And You alone are able to renew, restore, and revive us everyday.
