After trying Sam Harris’ guided meditation (via a preview of his app's content from the Tim Ferriss Show), I was inspired to press record and start talking about random things on my mind around meditation and mindfulness. This included why I meditate, coming back to center, how to judge yourself less while in meditation, looking from a detached standpoint at your thoughts, how much you think and what specifically you’re thinking about, including how frequently you may visit the same type of thoughts/settings in your mind.
I thought this episode came out cool. I freaking love documenting my truths - it feels so right. Not everyone’s going to agree, but I think it’ll help a lot of people long term. Hope you enjoyed, and if it brought enough value please share it with a friend :)
