When it comes to sales, introverts and even those who are more extroverted can find it difficult. Sales can be heavy, with KPIs and quotas, BUT, it can also be a great way to connect with people. What most people don’t tell you about sales is that long-lasting success is heavily dependent on the relationships you build with people, A tip is to not be afraid to follow up and focus on the other person more than talking about yourself.
With that, you create more value in business. Every business will claim they’re the best at a certain thing. However, what really creates value is the little things. Since value is subjective, it could be how efficient you are at getting back to request or it could be something about your website. It boils down to the fact that people want to feel valued and you can give them that by meeting their expectations.
