When we get close to the end of the year, we think and reflect on our goals to see if we are inching towards where we want to be. How can we strategically plan for the 2nd half of the year to make sure that we win or make a comeback? By incorporating thinking time and knowing how to structure it correctly. As business owners, we try to look back after the fact, but the game has already ended. Tracking metrics and using thinking time keeps you on your toes during the game. We also need to be aware of what are the key things that you must keep doing to stay in the lead or come back from losing.
