You've always been good enough, and you always will be good enough; nothing can ever change that. The reason you may feel you're not good enough has nothing to do with you and everything to do with your past experiences. 

There's a reason for the vision you have in your heart. No matter how big or unrealistic it may seem to you, no matter how far off you may perceive yourself to be from that dream. NO MATTER HOW CRAZY IT SEEMS TO YOU IT IS WITHIN YOUR REACH.  Do not dismiss it as unrealistic or impossible; have the courage to go after it. I know it's scary, but some of the best things in life are on the other side of fear. 

You have always been worthy silly, maybe you just haven't recognised it. Your worth has never increased or decreased either, despite what you might think. And there's nothing you could ever do to change how worthy you are, because your worth has always been, and always will be, absolutely infinite. 

Displaying vulnerability is strength. Period. Only someone who is strong is willing to take off their armour and expose themselves. Vulnerability also helps you to release shame and create intimacy with others. 

Cool is subjective. You're fucking really cool just the way you are, it's just a matter of perspective. Not everyone will like or understand who you are, but that's okay (your job isn't to please everyone). And anyway, the more connected you are with yourself, the less you need others to like you.

Being honest with someone can invite more honesty from that person. It can help you resolve conflicts in relationships. It's not always easy, but as seems to be a theme on this podcast, some of the best things in life are on the other side of fear.  

So often we try to push away our emotions, when our emotions are really there to serve us. We become emotionally healthy by accepting and embracing our emotions, and not just the ones that make us feel good! 

The words "unrealistic" and "impossible" are dream-killers. Banish those words; it's only impossible because you tell yourself it is. What would your life look like if you believed that dream of yours was entirely within your reach? 

We tend to listen to our brains, not our hearts. Perhaps it would be good to reverse this, since the heart contains infinitely more wisdom than the brain, and knows exactly what you want. You know that idea you've had for a while? Those articles you'd like to write? That business idea you have? That instrument you've always wanted to play? Maybe it would be good to act on it ;)
