Dan is on the road making his way to Minnesota so Hoges is once again in studio. The boys discuss the surprising success of the Twins taking 3 of 4 from the Houston Astros in Houston. Hoges regrets not listening to those around him urging him to take Polanco as his Puckett's Picks for this series and he channels his inner Dan Thompson with his Beast selection in Beast vs. Bench. David begrudging praises Sano for his game winning defensive play and urges Rocco to allow Gant to make some starts in the remaining portion of the season. Hoges wonders if this team will be competitive in 2022 and believes that the Twins trading Berrios makes it more likely that Buxton will be signed to an extension. The boys finish up with a discussion about the potential of Austin Martin and preview an exciting event coming up for Hoges at Target field. Thanks for listening!
