If you happen to live where the weather hurts your face (like us), you may be experiencing the winter doldrums: low levels of energy, mood, and motivation. Call it what you want-- holiday hangover, winter blues-- but if those feelings persist for far too long, you may have developed Seasonal Affective Disorder-- SAD. Isn't it crazy what the sun can do our minds and bodies?

In this episode, we explore some of the different ways to combat the winter blues, including

  • Vitamin D supplements
  • St. John's wort, herbs
  • exercise/diet regulation

  • aromatherapy
