In today’s episode, Tijana talks about four major points:
1. Organizing our day to day thoughts.
2. Deciding that we are going to do something about our emotions:
         A. Write forgiveness letters.
         B. Communicate our feelings to the people who are in our lives on               a day to day.
         C. Find a therapist who can help us with our emotions as we                          reflect on our forgiveness letters.
3. Designating a specific time to focus on our day to day tasks.
4. Allowing ourselves to grieve by writing letters, talking about our loss, and finding ways to honor those we’ve lost. Remembering that we do not need to dismiss what is in our mind, but changing how we think about our thoughts is key. We also don’t need to do this alone.
