Today’s guest is former NFL Center Nick Hardwick. Nick played 11 years with the San Diego Chargers, and has continued to have success post career in media, fitness, and developing his own brands with his wife Jayme. Nick is also the host of the finding center with Nick Hardwick podcast, which I recommend you give a listen if you haven’t had a chance to check out.

When I was drafted to the Chargers, Nick is one of the guys in the locker room that stood out to me from someone I could personally learn from because of his consistent energy level, he lead by example, and he was a high level communicator.

In this interview, Nick provides some insight to the mentality, focus, and drive he had as a Pro, and how he continues to live by those same principles in everything he attacks going forward.
