It was my go-to to feel good but ultimately I saw that if it continued to go unchecked, I was going to miss out on the larger game of life including rewarding relationships with loved ones, my greatest expression of health and my connection with God or Source Energy. I was once in a deep rut with drinking... consuming a minimum of an entire bottle of red wine to myself each and every night for any and every reason. I thought that I was &#39;fine&#39;. Doesn&#39;t everyone drink this much? This went on for years and then I started to wake up to the fact that I was inducing myself to feel awful most of the time when I KNEW that I could be feeling better.
