  • How to Make the Bold Moves You've Been Afraid to Make | Ep 32

Laura Aura is a speaker, coach, and host of The Gutsy Podcast who helps women stop settling, overcome the mindset blocks holding them back, and make the bold moves they've been putting off. But Laura doesn't just teach people how to make gutsy decisions, she's lived them.

After 16 years of running a successful branding agency, Laura found herself completely disconnected from the business she once loved. Despite everything she'd built, her body was telling her it was time for a change. What followed was one of the most transformative decisions of her life: selling her business, letting go of a major entrepreneurial vision, and stepping into an entirely new chapter.

In this conversation with Jen Aks, Laura shares the emotional reality of walking away from something you've spent years building, the grief and liberation that can exist simultaneously, and why giving yourself permission to change is often the hardest first step. Together, they explore self-trust, intuition, fear, surrender, and how small, intentional decisions can lead to extraordinary transformation.

Because sometimes the most courageous thing you can do is admit that the life you've built no longer fits the person you've become.

  • How to Manifest the Life You Actually Want | Ep 31

Janet Tanguay is the founder and CEO of The Hammock Way of Life, a business strategist, author, and vision boarding expert who helps individuals, entrepreneurs, teams, and companies turn their dreams into something they can actually see, and begin moving toward. With more than 100 certified vision board coaches in her community, Janet has built her work around helping people create a life that feels as good as the one they imagine.

But Janet didn't always trust that inner knowing. From ignoring her gut as a child to staying in a career that left her stressed and physically worn down, she learned firsthand what happens when we stop listening to ourselves. Eventually, she made the decision to trust what her body was telling her, walk away from what wasn't working, and create a completely different path.

In this conversation with Jen Aks, Janet shares her approach to vision boarding, manifestation, visualization, gratitude, and taking small actions toward the future you want. They explore why simply wishing for something isn't enough, how our language and beliefs shape the way we approach our goals, and why getting specific about your vision can be so powerful. Most importantly, Janet reminds us that creating a dream life isn't just about putting pictures on a board, it's about learning to trust yourself and taking action.

  • Why Doing Less Could Be Exactly What Your Body Needs | Ep 30

Stacy Jagger is a therapist, author, speaker, and creator of the Mountain Method, an approach designed to help families, leaders, and executive teams step away from overwhelm, regulate their nervous systems, strengthen emotional intelligence, and create meaningful change. But the foundation of Stacy’s work comes from a deeply personal story. Pasted text

After growing up surrounded by alcoholism, instability, and chaos, Stacy spent years living in a constant state of nervous-system activation. In her early twenties, she followed an unexpected inner knowing and moved with her husband into an off-grid cabin built in 1850, with no electricity, running water, or indoor plumbing. There, sitting quietly on the porch for just 15 minutes, Stacy began discovering what it actually felt like to slow down, become present, and listen to her body. Pasted text

In this deeply personal conversation with Jen Aks, Stacy explores nervous-system regulation, digital detoxes, childhood patterns, money stories, parts work, and learning to trust your inner “no.”

  • How to Trust Your Intuition & Stop Second-Guessing Yourself | Ep 29

Jadi Kindred is a Canadian bestselling author, host of The Dawn of Intuition podcast, intuition expert, wellness retreat host, and someone who has spent decades intentionally strengthening her connection to her own inner guidance. Today, she helps others find greater clarity, joy, confidence, authentic relationships, and trust in their own intuition.

In this conversation with Jen Aks, Jadi shares what it actually looks like to live an intuitive life, from annual 10-day silent meditation retreats to recognizing the different ways intuition communicates through hearing, seeing, feeling, and knowing. She also explains why intuition isn't necessarily something you're simply born with; it's a muscle that can be strengthened by starting small and learning to recognize the difference between inner guidance and mental chatter. Jadi also gets vulnerable about what happens when she doesn't listen to her intuition and the opportunities she's lost by allowing fear to override what she already knew.

  • Your Future Is Unwritten, You Get to Create It | Ep 28

Wendi Blum is an author, coach, speaker, and publishing mentor who helps people around the world bring their voices and stories into the world. But the work she does today grew out of a life that began very differently.

Wendi shares her journey from a childhood marked by instability, financial struggle, and survival mode to building a successful 25-year career in the pharmaceutical industry. Despite that success, something inside her kept saying there was more. That inner pull led her into personal development, meditation, writing, and eventually a simple T-shirt project centered around the question “What Is Your Destiny?” The messages resonated so deeply that they eventually became a book, and gave Wendi the courage to leave her corporate career and pursue her calling.

Wendi shares how she transformed fear into purpose, learned to trust her own voice, and built a life around helping others share theirs. They also explore worthiness, subconscious beliefs, and Wendi’s approach to “reverse engineering” the future you want to create.

  • The Power of the Pause: What Your Body Needs You to Hear | Ep 27

Stephanie Lynn Shaw helps women navigate menopause and midlife by bringing together nutrition, faith, stress management, and one of the most important lessons from her own experience: learning to actually listen to your body.

Her work grew out of an intense personal health journey. After suddenly experiencing numbness and shaking during a business trip, Stephanie spent two years visiting 18 different doctors, two world-renowned medical facilities, across four states, and more than $20,000 out of pocket searching for answers. Looking back, she realized her body had been communicating with her long before the crash, through rapid heartbeat, digestive issues, disrupted sleep, and other signs she hadn't yet learned to understand.

In this conversation with Jen Aks, Stephanie shares how that experience became her purpose and ultimately shaped the work she does with women today.

  • How to Strengthen Your Intuition & Trust What You Know | Ep 26

Ronnie Ryan is an intuitive coach who has spent decades exploring intuition, energy, past-life work, and the unseen wisdom that lives within us. What makes her perspective so refreshing is how grounded she is in it all, she’s deeply spiritual, naturally skeptical, genuinely funny, and never takes herself too seriously. Her work now helps women, particularly in midlife, reconnect with the intuition and inner magic they may have lost touch with along the way.

Together, Ronnie and Jen explore practical ways to strengthen intuition, recognize how your own inner guidance communicates with you, and build confidence in what you know. At the heart of their conversation is a powerful shift in perspective: you may not always get the magic you wanted, but that doesn't mean you didn't get the magic.
