In this Episode I share my advice to Young people on the two main things that helped me navigate through young adult life. Now that I am 28, I can look back and reflect on what worked and keeps on working.

I am not a doctor, With that being said. I share my opinion so far on the mask wearing dilemma. I believe that in a public setting is not such a bad idea to wear a mask. Also pollen really gets to my nose so I see a benefit there since wearing a mask has been normalized and I won't be ridicule by it. 

I share more thoughts here that I didn't get to on the show today.

I believe that wearing a mask is a good idea for overall protection. We never know when a new virus will attack our ways of lives so we can always be prepared. Sort of like insurance haha. Also once a big threat is over you can take it off to take those wonderful selfies and also more importantly to show of your beautiful faces.
