Michelle Langer is a Wellbeing Consultant & Executive Coach who was trained personally by Dr Deepak Chopra and The Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Michelle also had 30 years’ experience as a television executive producing some of the biggest entertainment shows on UK television including I’m a Celebrity Get me Out of Here, Xtra Factor, Hell’s Kitchen and Dancing on Ice. 

In this episode, we explore the profound impact meditation has had on Michelle's life and career. I do tend to meet remarkable people and there is nothing like a plane journey to make a new friend.

I met Max this year on a flight to Greece and we couldn't stop talking the entire time. It could be that our shared neurodivergent brains aligned or he is just a truly brilliant human. Luckily I was thrown off my first plane that day otherwise I wouldn't have had the privilege of his company.

We discuss living with ADHD, life and philosophy and a shared favourite subject - martial arts - and how that's benefitted his life.

I am joined today with Patricia Michelson, AKA Pat. Patricia's love of cheese began up a mountain whilst she was skiing in Meribel. She returned to London with a wheel of Beaufort Chalet d'Alpage which she sold from her garden shed, graduating to a stall in Camden market a year later.LA FROMAGERIE now comprises three award-winning shops & a successful wholesale business along with Patricia's award-winning first book 'The Cheese Room' to her name. Patricia's second book entitled CHEESE was published in April 2010 by Jacqui Small. A stunning book, it is a global journey of taste, tradition & terroir. We speak about her journey of self discovery, taking action, following signs and leading from the heart. I truly loved this conversation with Pat and I hope you do as well.

Welcome to a new series of Wisdom Seekers, where we begin with a most fabulous guest and someone I am grateful to call a friend as well; Jennifer K. Hill. 
Jennifer is CEO & co-Founder of OptiMatch, a  Keynote Speaker, heart math coach and member of Deepak Chopra’s Evolutionary Leaders Group. Although she is so much more, a vessel of unlimited possibilities I would say.

In this episode I sit down with my dear new friend Mariana from Brazil. We chat via zoom as I am currently on an artist's residency in the south east of Brazil and she speaks from São Paulo.
