How many more ways can it be said? Well I guess it just all depends on how many more times an African-American looses their life because their skin was too dark! Here's the truth...there will always be the way the law says things should go then there will be the actual way things go! We have a responsibility as a people and that is to ensure all men are treated equally. Until then we will forever be fighting the good fight of equality! Let's stand together as a people and see injustice flipped on its head until we aren't seen for the color of our skin but truly for the content of our character.

Success is not an anomaly it's a decision. But good decisions can be almost impossible to make when you've never seen it done. I believe for every man who'd ever listen to this episode there's always that part of us who wished there was someone to show us things we never knew how to do...even if your father was around. I believe there's a king in all of us. We have to do the work to unearth him so that he can shine in every aspect of our lives. For every woman share this with your husband, son, nephew and grandson. He needs to know there's more in him than what he's giving! I believe in every man who is, haas or will ever listen to this episode. Go be your great self!

I believe there's a conversation that needs to be had regarding the justice system in America and how we handle the thought of whether we are really a crazy people or are we cultured in a certain direction. Join us in this conversation as we attempt to unravel how we think and why. Sebastian Holley is an amazing mind. He is a pastor in the city of Cartersville, GA. Joshua Matthews is as equally an intelligent young man, one with his finger of the pulse of society, his ear to the mouth of God and one who understands how to eloquently express himself with clarity. This episode has some exciting points to learn from. I'd encourage you to take copious notes. This is going to be good. Let's Go!

There's nothing worse than going through life with no real understanding of who you are or the issues you bring to the marriage table, the business table or any other relational table. We all have the responsibility to be honest with our short comings and to be able to grow despite our flaws. Take an opportunity to take a listen to this interview with my friend and brother Pastor Jarvis Wright and discover more about yourself as he uncovers for us some of the things he endured as a child and how they effected and inspired him throughout his life's journey.
